Class Description
This class will cover the basics of painting in watercolor, from sketching in paint, to mixing colors, to “erasing” your mistakes. Weather permitting, this class will take place outdoors and we will paint subjects from nature.
Students will leave the class with their own travel card of watercolors from Beam Paints*, a brush, and some watercolor paper to continue practicing at home.
*Beam Paints is a 100% Anishnaabe Kwe owned family business in M'Chigeeng First Nation on Manitoulin Island. Check them out at beampaints.com (not sponsored, I just love them SO much - Iana)
